Why New Media Law?

After recognizing a need for a new type of lawyer to service the frequently unrecognized needs of the information and cultural industries, Kerry made the transition from pure corporate law to new media law. By tailoring his “big firm” services to support the numerous small and medium sized companies that populate the creative space, he has emerged as an expert in helping entrepreneurs navigate complex legal and business issues.

“My passion is helping creative people succeed. By specializing in new media, I offer accessible, credible legal experience to entrepreneurs who are looking to build their business.”
